We're seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer to join our team and work on developing and deploying Flash USDT, a fast and secure stablecoin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain development, smart contracts, and Ethereum.

*Responsibilities:*
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum
- Develop and integrate Flash USDT with various blockchain platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Troubleshoot and debug smart contract issues
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the Flash USDT protocol

*Requirements:*
- 3+ years of experience in blockchain development
- Strong knowledge of Solidity, Ethereum, and smart contract development
- Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and IPFS
- Understanding of blockchain security principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
