Bilingual Customer Support Agent

We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting clients through their debt settlement journey with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

As part of our customer support team, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and their financial goals, guiding them every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish

• Provide clear, accurate information about debt settlement options

• Assist clients in understanding their plans and next steps

• Maintain detailed client records and ensure top-notch service quality

• Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (Spoken)

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in finance or debt relief

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools is always a plus
