Consort Logistic Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client and business partner relationships

• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives

• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth

• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Master’s degree preferred for senior roles

Experience:

• 2–5 years for Sales Executive / 5+ years for Business Development Manager in freight forwarding, logistics, or customs brokerage industry in Pakistan

• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Existing network of potential clients in the import/export sector is a significant advantage
