PPG Recruitment is seeking motivated and persuasive individuals to join our team as B2B Sales Closers. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and nurturing business relationships with educational institutions, scheduling meetings with potential clients, and supporting the sales process to successful closure. Your role will directly contribute to business growth by building trust with clients and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to meeting scheduling.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B calls using the Teamsales dialer to target educational institutions (Schools, Colleges, Universities, and VET Centers).
  •  
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients using our legacy numbers to build trust and credibility.
  •  
  • Send follow-up emails to prospects to maintain engagement and provide additional information as needed.
  •  
  • Schedule appointments between clients and senior executives to further the sales process.
  •  
  • Send reminder emails to ensure client attendance at scheduled meetings.
  •  
  • Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly milestones as assigned via Upwork.
  •  
  • Achieve targeted outcomes within the allocated hours for each milestone.
  •  
  • Requirements:
    • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or B2B client outreach (preferably in the education sector).
    •  
    • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (both verbal and written).
    •  
    • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
    •  
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle follow-ups and scheduling.
    •  
    • Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers (Teamsales preferred), and email platforms.
    •  
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
