Autocad Draftsman

Description:

Rafiq Jamil Textile Industries is looking for a Civil Draftsman to join our engineering/projects team. You'll be responsible for preparing and maintaining civil and structural drawings supporting our ongoing construction and infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

• DAE (Civil) or related diploma
• 2–5 years of experience in civil construction drafting
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (AutoCAD 3D or textile industry exposure is a plus)
• Able to prepare:Structural drawings (understanding level)
• Architectural drawings
• Site layout plans
• Utilities drafting
• As-built drawings
• Solid grasp of civil construction methods, building codes, and standards
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Preference given to candidates with commercial, industrial, or infrastructure project experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams on drawing updates
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards
• Maintain accurate drawing records and revision history
