Autocad Drafman

Description:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to support our Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed electrical and mechanical drawings for switchgear panels, control panels, and related assemblies, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, international standards, and company design practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D layout drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, panel GA drawings, and busbar arrangements using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate closely with teams to understand project requirements.
• Develop drawings for LV/MV switchgear panels, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, control panels, and metering panels.
• Interpret technical specifications, tender documents, and client requirements to develop accurate designs.
• Revise and update drawings based on engineer comments or design changes.
• Coordinate with the production and assembly team to resolve any technical drawing-related issues during manufacturing.
