We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Business Development (BD) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a strong understanding of tech events and exhibitions. This role is essential for driving new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and contributing to PureLogics' growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and engage potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and other lead generation platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and optimize the success of outreach campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Identify, shortlist, and coordinate participation in relevant tech events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities for potential partnerships and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development activities and organizational objectives.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and insightful data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- LinkedIn Expertise: Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
- Tech Event Knowledge: Familiarity with tech industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Research & Analytics: Ability to analyze market trends and competitor data to identify new opportunities.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools for managing and tracking leads.
