The Team: The Visible Alpha Client Support team is a rapidly growing global team dedicated to providing support to investment professionals on the Visible Alpha and Capital IQ Pro Platforms. Team members gain in-depth industry knowledge, interpret research reports and models, and develop critical technical skills. This role involves extensive collaboration with various internal teams across functional areas such as Revenue, Product Management, Technology, and Content. Responsibilities And Impact
- Become a domain, product, and workflow expert, enabling deep investigation and resolution of issues related to data and application logic.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to promptly resolve questions and issues across all Visible Alpha products.
- Escalate product, technical, and data issues to relevant departments with sufficient information in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain articles for our internal knowledge base.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Product and Development teams to help build scalable solutions for clients.
- All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of Global Financial Markets and company’s financial statements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to communicate successfully across multiple audiences.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills – you are passionate about problem solving and can think critically, multi-task, and succeed in high-pressure environments.
- We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business or Finance is preferred.
- A strong team player, enthusiastic about building new relationships and contributing proactively beyond direct day-to-day tasks, demonstrating a commitment to team and shared goals.
- Proven ability to work on own initiative, capable of clarifying priorities where unclear and adapting effectively as team objectives shift.
