Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for providing critical research and value-add knowledge to our diverse client base at various companies primarily in the US and across the globe, through calls, e-mails, and web-chat.
- Channel client ideas and feedback to our content and product management teams to help improve the quality and accuracy of our database and products.
- Work with specialist team members on projects and develop subject matter expertise in different sectors of the Metals and Mining industry.
- Present webcasts that provide demos of S&P Global Market Intelligence products and cover major industry trends.
- Work with the financial modeling team to help build new and customized, data-driven Excel models.
- Participate in user acceptance testing efforts within the area of focus to ensure that products meet the highest standard for client experience.
- Train new associates on the CIQ Pro platform and the metals and mining industry and assist associates on client requests and other processes on the team.
- Participate in the proactive client outreach process to create awareness around product enhancements and drive usage.
- Build out our Knowledge Base for internal stakeholders and clients.
