Assistant Store Manager

A leading women's western wear brand located on MM Alam Road, Lahore, is looking for experienced and passionate individuals to join its team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers, and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and replenishments.

2. Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations while focusing on sales team training, scheduling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and sales performance.
• Supervise and train sales staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Help maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
• Assist in scheduling and team coordination for optimal efficiency.

Requirements for Both Roles:

✔️ 4-5 years of experience in a similar role (fashion retail / women's western wear preferred).
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
✔️ Strong understanding of customer service and store operations.
