Assistant Manager Fixed Income

Description:

AFM-FI will assist Fund Manager/Head of Fixed income in devising and implementing strategy of Fixed income portfolio of Unit & non-unit linked funds.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting FM/HOFI in preparing Fixed income strategy, perform market and portfolio analysis to support strategy and monitor overall asset allocation as set in IPS
• Execute and manage fixed income trades in a timely and efficient manner within limits prescribed by Investment Manager / IPS
• Keep abreast of market information by coordination with all market participants such as brokers and bank treasuries etc.
• Research new investment ideas for portfolio consideration
• Coordination with counterparties, brokers and back office team for efficient execution of transactions.
• Prepare Management committee minutes of fixed income and ensure the minutes are distributed and signed timely
