Area Sales Manager

 

Description:

Tecno is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and grow our sales operations in Dera Ghazi Khan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing distributors and retail networks, and ensuring market expansion in the assigned territory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights
  • Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to enhance productivity
  • Ensure timely recovery of payments and maintain healthy financial discipline
  • Plan and execute BTL activities to boost brand presence and sales
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

 

Requirement:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mobile or FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of the local market in DG Khan
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
