Area Sales Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales operations and dealer distribution networks, particularly within the car care products sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field Sales: Spend approximately 80% of the time engaging in field sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals.

- Dealer Distribution: Oversee and manage the dealer distribution network to ensure efficient product delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Sales Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Sargodha and Faisalabad divisions to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the car care products industry.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow dealer distribution networks.

- Strong understanding of the Sargodha and Faisalabad markets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
