Architectural Technician

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Revit and a strong foundation in architectural design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs – Scan to BIM
• Collaborate with senior architects and project teams on various projects.
• Utilize Revit software to create detailed 3D models and drawings based on point cloud data.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior internship or work experience in an architectural firm is a plus.
