Architect

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Karachi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and producing design documentation across various project phases. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and consultants, conducting site visits, and ensuring that designs align with regulatory requirements, sustainability goals, and budget constraints. The role involves actively managing project timelines, contributing to design reviews, and supporting integration with engineering and other disciplines. The Architect will collaborate closely with the studio team to maintain high design standards and deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications for position 1

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Architecture studio.
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, innovative, and sustainable solutions.
• Experience in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and overseeing project delivery.
• Knowledge of Integration with other disciplines (such as structural, MEP, and interior design) to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
• Familiarity with Software Development or digital tools related to architecture (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling) to support efficient design workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from
• an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team on-site in Karachi.
• Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices; professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
