Description:
As a Junior SDR at Freight Genie, you’ll focus on outbound cold calling, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our clients (Freight Brokers). You’ll speak directly with Shippers across the US and Canada to book them into meetings for our clients (Freight Brokers), while learning real-world B2B sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience is a plus, but communication skills, coachability, consistency, and willingness to improve matter more.
What You’ll Do
• Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily
• Handle objections and qualify prospects
• Book qualified meetings for Freight Genie clients
• Maintain accurate notes and prospect information
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs
• Provide daily activity and meeting reports
• Accept feedback and continuously improve performance
Requirements
• Exceptional spoken English and clear articulation
• Ability to build natural conversations with North American prospects
• Comfortable making cold calls daily
• Confident handling rejection and objections
• Goal-oriented, coachable, and disciplined
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team
