Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify potential clients through phone, email, or messaging platforms
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
• Manage CRM records and track lead progress
• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth handoffs to the sales team

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
