Api Developer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced API Developer with expertise in Django and Fast API to design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable API endpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and asynchronous programming, as well as experience with databases, third-party API integrations, and cloud services. This role involves collaborating with both front-end developers and back-end engineers to build seamless and secure web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable API endpoints using Django & Fast API frameworks.

• Work with SQL Alchemy and other ORM libraries to manage and manipulate data.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs into the application.

• Collaborate with front-end developers for seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

• Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive information.

• Use asynchronous programming to handle concurrent requests and improve application performance.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

• Document API endpoints using Swagger or similar tools.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Fast API and web development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on API development using Fast API.

• Proficiency in Python with an understanding of asynchronous programming and Python async features.

• Experience with SQL Alchemy or similar ORM libraries for database management.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying and managing applications.

• Understanding of RESTful principles and best practices in API development.

• Experience with Redis, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of web security practices and implementation in Django & Fast API.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
