Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Management

• Oversee daily operations of Amazon and Shopify stores, including product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Optimize stores to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

2. Product Management

• Create, update, and optimize product listings with engaging descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.
• Monitor inventory and collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts.

3. Marketing and Promotions

• Develop and execute promotional strategies, including discounts, campaigns, and sales events.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon and social media platforms to drive traffic and boost sales.

4. Performance Monitoring

• Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and traffic metrics to identify trends and improve performance.
• Track and enhance KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer acquisition costs.

5. Customer Relations

• Please be sure to address customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints with professionalism and quickness.
