Amazon Front Sales Specialist

 

Description:

As an Amazon Front Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your mission will be to understand their Amazon business needs and promote our tailored eCommerce automation services. You’ll play a critical role in driving sales and building long-term client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and social media Pitch our Amazon FBA automation services effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Schedule and conduct service demos and meetings Follow up on leads, close deals, and meet monthly/quarterly sales goals Monitor market trends and contribute insights to improve services Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead management Stay up to date with Amazon FBA tools, practices, and updates.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in front sales, preferably in eCommerce or Amazon-related services Solid understanding of Amazon FBA and eCommerce operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated Team player with the ability to work independently Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
