Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-in visits.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and career opportunities.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other recruitment channels.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Represent the university professionally and provide an exceptional applicant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in university admissions, education counseling, enquiry office, or admissions sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to convert leads into admissions.
• Basic computer proficiency with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Customer-focused, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
