Accounts Receivable Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function

✔️ Oversee invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations

✔️ Monitor aging reports and drive timely collections

✔️ Manage AR team performance and daily operations

✔️ Resolve billing discrepancies and customer account issues

✔️ Prepare AR reports and provide financial insights to management

✔️ Ensure accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency

🔹 Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✔️ 4+ years of relevant AR/Accounting experience

✔️ Previous team management experience

✔️ Strong knowledge of AR, collections, reconciliations, and reporting

✔️ Excellent communication and analytical skills

✔️ U.S. accounting/AR experience preferred
