Accounts & Finance Officer

Hollywood Traders is urgently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Officer with strong e-commerce finance and financial analysis experience to join our growing team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
• Perform Amazon, Walmart, bank, credit card, and accounting reconciliations
• Analyze profitability by business unit, marketplace, brand, supplier, and ASIN
• Calculate and monitor Gross Margin, Contribution Margin, Landed Cost, Amazon/FBA Fees, ROI, and actual product profitability
• Reconcile inventory and inventory-in-transit
• Manage AP/AR, debt, supplier payments, and liability tracking
• Prepare and maintain 13-week cash flow forecasts
• Perform Budget vs. Actual analysis and financial forecasting
• Identify margin leakage and cost inefficiencies
• Support working capital and inventory analysis
• Maintain strong financial controls and approval processes
• Assist with M&A, valuation, and financial due-diligence requirements
• Support the development and effective functioning of the finance team

🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience
• E-commerce industry experience is strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with Amazon/Walmart financial data and marketplace reconciliations will be a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, profitability, and financial analysis
• Excellent MS Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of inventory, costing, margins, and cash flow management
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
