Accounts & Billing Executive

Momentum Logistics is looking for "Accounts & Billing Executive (Karachi & Faisalabad)".

📘 Education:
BBA/MBA (Finance/Accounting)
👨‍💼 Reports To:
DGM Finance / Unit Head – Market Place
💡 Skills:
2+ years of finance experience with Climax software (preferred)
Exposure to logistics or freight will be an added advantage

📍 Location:
Karachi & Faisalabad, Pakistan

🧾 Responsibilities:
Manage daily transaction records in the central database (Google Sheet)
Maintain trip cost and profit analysis daily
Update trip record in Climax for system trip number and P&L
Manage accounts payable/receivable
Reconcile PODs before invoice print
Generate invoices and handle tax deductions (GST/WHT)
Reconcile ledgers and report monthly financials
