Accountant

Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s/Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record management.
• Experience in preparing invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and financial reports.
• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and daily transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
• Record and monitor daily financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment records, and financial reports.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Manage receivables, payables, and expense records.
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
