Description:

Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping (QuickBooks)

- Audit & reconcile Credit Card Statements

- Audit & reconcile Bank Statements

- Manage account receivables

- Manage accounts payables

- Cash flow management

Requirements:

- Must be wiling to work at NIGHT SHIFTS (ONLY)

- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills (a Must)

- Preference will be given to people with experience working in USA company and has understanding USA tax system

- Preference will be given to people with experience in Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo Reservation System

- Proven ability to learn new skills and online applications extremely quickly

- Strong attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and speed with efficiency

- Must be good in speaking English

- Multi-tasking skills

- Highly self motivated

- Excellent social skills

- Ms. Windows & Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
