TechXpert is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team based in Bahria Town, Islamabad. As an Accountant at TechXpert, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing expense reports, and ensuring the accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly financial activities. You will play a crucial role in preparing balance sheets, managing invoicing, and supporting international client communication related to billing and payment tracking.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Google Sheets and Excel, especially in formulas and financial functions. Experience with tools like QuickBooks will be considered a strong plus. This role requires attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently within an on-site, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track daily, weekly, and monthly financial transactions and expenses

• Create and manage client invoices, payment follow-ups, and financial documentation

• Prepare annual balance sheets and assist with periodic financial reporting

• Maintain financial accuracy through structured records using spreadsheets and accounting tools

• Use Google Sheets and Excel to handle calculations, formulas, and data organization

• Communicate with international clients regarding invoice queries and financial updates

• Utilize QuickBooks for transaction recording and report generation (if experienced)

• Support financial audits and ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• At least 1 year of practical accounting or finance experience

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, especially formulas

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, including international stakeholders

• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred

• Must be available to work full-time, on-site in Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad
