We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our finance team immediately. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting data. Your advanced Excel skills will be key to automating processes, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions (AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations).
· Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
· Develop and maintain complex Excel models for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
· Automate repetitive accounting tasks using advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
· Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
· Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary support.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial clarity and support.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Proven experience as an Account Officer, Junior Accountant, or similar role.
· Strong command of accounting principles and procedures.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, macros - please be prepared to demonstrate).
· Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Immediate availability is highly preferred.
