Account Manager

Description:

This role owns the OGDCL relationship day to day. A year in, you'll be the person who knows the account best — stakeholders, delivery status, open risks, and where the next opportunity is. You'll partner with senior leadership on account strategy while independently running the coordination, communication, and reporting that keep every Blackstone service line engaged on the account moving in sync.

What You'll Do

•      Own the day-to-day OGDCL relationship, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on active engagements

•      Track deliverables, timelines, and commitments across THINK, BUILD, EVOLVE, POSITION, and MANUFACTURE teams working on the account

•      Prepare and present account status reports, meeting materials, and proposal support documents for OGDCL

•      Coordinate across service lines to keep delivery on schedule and resolve risks before they escalate

•      Identify and help scope new opportunities within the OGDCL relationship, partnering with senior leadership to develop them

•      Maintain accurate account records, meeting notes, and CRM data

•      Build strong working relationships with OGDCL counterparts, representing Blackstone's standards for responsiveness and follow-through

What We're Looking For

Required

•      Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

•      3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or business development in a client-facing role

•      Track record managing client relationships with minimal oversight, including through competing priorities

•      Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu

•      Comfortable coordinating with technical stakeholders and multiple internal teams at once

•      Able to work on-site in Islamabad or Lahore, with occasional travel to OGDCL offices or sites

Preferred

•      Experience managing accounts in oil & gas, energy, or another industrial B2B environment

•      Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

•      Experience supporting proposals, contracts, or technical/commercial documentation
