Account Manager

Description:

We’re looking for an Account Manager who will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. If you're organized, proactive, and know how to keep things moving across the marketing floor, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients – manage communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Oversee multiple social media projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to align on campaign strategy
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, client servicing, or project coordination
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong project and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of major social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.)
