💰 Salary: Rs. 30,000 – 80,000 + performance-based incentives

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Engage with US-based customers to build and maintain strong business relationships
Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
✅ What We’re Looking For
Excellent English communication skills (American accent preferred)
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (BPO/Call Center background is a plus)
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
Must be able to commute to Bahria Town, Phase 7, Rawalpindi
