Description:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and helping management make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good command over Excel and financial reporting, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting U.S.-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial analysis, reports, dashboards, and management summaries
- Analyze financial statements, profitability, cash flow, and business performance
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting processes
- Create and maintain financial models and projections
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assist with project costing and operational reporting
- Work closely with bookkeeping and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy
- Prepare client-facing reports and presentations
- Support due diligence and M&A-related financial analysis when required
- Ensure proper documentation and organized financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams and management for reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- ACCA / CA Part Qualified / CMA candidates preferred
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or reporting
- Strong grip on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Understanding of financial statements and reporting concepts
- Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
