We’re Hiring – Account Executive
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
Employment Type: Full-time

Axelliant is looking for a proactive and driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth in U.S. markets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.

What you’ll do:
Drive the full B2B sales cycle – from prospecting to closing.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Research markets, tailor solutions, and align strategies with client goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and track performance using CRM tools.

What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Communications (or related).
2–4 years of B2B sales/account management experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce/HubSpot.
Ability to work U.S. hours independently and effectively.
