Videographer

Description:

We’re looking for a sharp, hungry, and creative videographer-cinematographer hybrid who lives and breathes short-form storytelling.

You’ll be:

• Shooting high-quality lifestyle, product, and behind-the-scenes footage

• Editing high-converting reels, TikToks, and cinematic shorts across multiple projects

• Owning the pre-production and post-production flow: scripting, lighting, framing, and final edit

• Documenting the brand, the build, and the people behind it

• Helping bring ideas to life across personal brand content, ads, and product campaigns

You should be:

• Fluent in short-form editing (transitions, pacing, audio sync, etc.)

• Able to direct and shoot solo — run-and-gun style

• Obsessed with aesthetics, rhythm, and what grabs attention in the first 3 seconds

• Familiar with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.

• Reliable and full-time available — this is an in-house role

• Comfortable moving fast, failing fast, and creating A+ content under pressure
