💰 Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 per month

CONTENT GROWN is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging, high-quality content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, visual design, and creating content that drives engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:
☑️ Edit short-form and long-form videos for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
☑️ Create engaging video ads, reels, promotional videos, and branded content.
☑️ Add transitions, captions, sound effects, color correction, and visual enhancements.
☑️ Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to deliver high-performing content.
☑️ Optimize videos for different platforms, formats, and resolutions.
☑️ Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
☑️ Stay up to date with the latest editing trends and social media best practices.

Requirements:
☑️ 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing.
☑️ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
☑️ Experience with DaVinci Resolve is an advantage.
☑️ Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design.
☑️ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
☑️ Strong attention to detail and creativity.
☑️ A strong portfolio or showreel is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:
☑️ Experience editing content for social media and performance marketing campaigns.
☑️ Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
☑️ Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
