Do you know how to hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds and keep them watching till the end?

MWA IT Services is looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes retention-focused editing, someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content with sharp captions, punchy pacing, and B-roll that actually adds to the story.

If you've spent hours perfecting caption timing, hunting for the perfect B-roll clip, and studying why some Reels/Shorts blow up while others flop, we want to see your work.

What you'll do:
✅ Edit short & long-form content for social media
✅ Design clean, well-timed captions/subtitles
✅ Integrate B-roll that elevates storytelling
✅ Keep pacing, transitions & sound tight and professional
✅ Work closely with our content team to bring ideas to life

What we're looking for:
🔹 3+ years of professional video editing experience
🔹 A strong portfolio/showreel (mandatory, no portfolio, no consideration)
🔹 Advanced Premiere Pro skills
🔹 Sharp understanding of current social media trends & retention editing
🔹 Bonus: basic motion graphics / After Effects knowledge

📍 This is a strictly on-site role in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
