Description:

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Video Editor role based in Karāchi, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing videos for various platforms, and ensuring smooth narrative flow and pacing.

Day-to-day tasks include applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual effects, and collaborating with designers and content creators to maintain brand consistency. The role also involves organizing media assets, optimizing video formats for digital distribution, and meeting project deadlines while maintaining high production standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, consistency, and overall quality of footage.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand identity.
• Experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Cap Cut or similar software).
• Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage; portfolio or showreel required.
