Devnest Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and creative Video Editor with 2+ years of experience in editing short-form social media content, especially reels and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. The ideal candidate will create visually engaging, high-performing videos that align with our brand goals and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Ads, etc.) for social media platforms
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and social content
• Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and visual standards
• Manage video editing projects from concept to final delivery within deadlines
• Implement feedback efficiently and maintain a strong creative flow
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, formats, and social media best practices
• Create static posts or motion-based visuals when needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in short-form video editing (Reels, Ads, or UGC content)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools
• Ability to create both video and static visual content
• Strong eye for detail, storytelling, and pacing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
