Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Verifier at our Rawalpindi office. The Verifier will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of MVA claims by conducting a meticulous verification process. Day-to-day tasks include cold calling, verifying leads, cross-checking data for accuracy, contacting individuals for additional details, and ensuring only qualified claims are approved. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with claimants and teammates
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data review, and the ability to verify information efficiently.
• Proficiency in using software tools for data entry, record-keeping, and verification tasks.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities for identifying inconsistencies in claims data.
• Prior experience in BPO, customer service, data verification, or a related field is preferred.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a high-energy environment.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
