Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Verifier located in Rawalpindi. The Verifier will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of provided information through meticulous verification processes. The Verifier will also communicate with clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a BPO is a plus
• Ability to handle high volume calls and manage customer inquiries effectively
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly
