Description:
Snow Dream Studios GmbH is looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer & Strategist to join our fast-growing product and marketing design team in Faisalabad. You will work on Shopify theme development, web dashboards, mobile apps, and complex user flows—transforming abstract ideas into seamless, human-centered experiences.
You’ll collaborate with developers, product owners, and marketing teams to deliver intuitive and conversion-optimized digital products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX discovery and research sessions for new products, features, or clients.
- Design complete user journeys and flows from wireframe to high-fidelity prototype.
- Build scalable design systems for web apps, Shopify themes, and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure smooth handoff (Figma → Code).
- Work on custom Shopify theme UIs and dashboard-level admin panels with complex logic.
- Design UI/UX for mobile applications with platform-specific best practices.
- Incorporate AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Uizard, Runway, ChatGPT) into the creative process.
- Regularly conduct usability testing, heatmap analysis, and UX iteration.
🧰 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design (agency or product-side)
- Strong knowledge of Shopify design systems & theme development understanding
- Portfolio showcasing complex dashboards, mobile apps, and e-commerce projects
- Expert in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototypes), Adobe XD or similar
- Proven experience in UX wireframing, journey mapping, and interactive prototypes
- Good communication with developers for pixel-perfect design handoff
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, GA4, and behavior analytics
- Proficiency in AI tools for design acceleration (Uizard, Framer AI, Galileo, etc.)
- Strong sense of layout, hierarchy, color theory, and typography
💡 Nice to Have
- Motion design (Lottie or After Effects)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration
- Understanding of conversion optimization (CRO) and performance-focused UI
- Experience working in agile sprints with ticketing tools (Jira, Trello, Notion)
