This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad District for a US Banking Retail Deposit Operations Specialist. The job involves handling daily banking operations related to retail deposit accounts. Responsibilities include processing customer requests, maintaining accurate financial records, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and supporting transactional processes such as credit or payment operations. The role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

 

 We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Monitoring Analyst to support US Retail Deposit operations, account maintenance processing, and transaction monitoring activities. The role requires strong compliance awareness, data validation skills, and experience in banking operations.

 Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration,(B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM)

 

1 to 4 years experience in: US Retail Banking/Deposit Operations/Account Maintenance / Monitoring

 Required Skills

1️⃣ US Retail Deposit Operations Knowledge

Strong understanding of account maintenance processes, customer updates, verification workflows, and monitoring procedures.

 

2️⃣ KYC / AML / OFAC Compliance Awareness

Working knowledge of risk indicators and regulatory checks including OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) screening and AML monitoring standards.

 

3️⃣ Account Maintenance & Verification Skills

Ability to accurately process address changes, beneficiary updates, account restrictions, and documentation validation with high attention to detail.

 

4️⃣ Transaction Monitoring & Risk Identification

Capability to identify suspicious activities, unusual transaction patterns, and compliance red flags.

 

5️⃣ MS Excel & Workflow System Proficiency

Hands-on experience with Excel (Filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and banking workflow/ticketing tools.

 

6️⃣ Analytical & Communication Skills

Strong problem-solving ability, documentation skills, and effective coordination with internal teams while meeting SLA timelines.
