• Strong knowledge of USA building standards & codes
• Experience in Revit & AutoCAD (for design/drafting)
• Mechanical Engineering: HVAC systems, load calculations, duct design, hood details
• Electrical Engineering: Photometric plans, panel design, load calculations
• MEP Designer: Coordination of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing plans
• Ability to work on US commercial & residential projects
