Upwork Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are an innovative agency providing AI Automation solutions and Short-Term Rental (STR) Virtual Assistants to businesses worldwide. We are looking for a results-driven upwork Sales Executive with experience in upwork and proposal writing to help us generate and qualify new business opportunities.

 

In this role, you will identify relevant opportunities, craft tailored proposals, engage with potential clients, and help convert leads into scheduled meetings or closed deals.

 

Location: 100% Remote (Pakistan)

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor Upwork for projects related to AI Automation, AI Chat Bots, STR Management, Zapier, Make.com, and Airbnb automation.
  • Craft customized, high-quality proposals that demonstrate a clear understanding of client needs and industry challenges.
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and explain our AI automation and STR services.
  • Engage with potential clients and schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects.
  • Assist in negotiations and closing standard service packages where appropriate.
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, conversations, and outcomes.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

 

  • Experience working with freelance platforms (Upwork or similar) in proposal writing, bidding, or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT APIs) and basic understanding of short-term rental operations (Airbnb, guest messaging, booking management).
  • Excellent written English with strong persuasive and professional communication.
  • Proactive approach to following up with leads and identifying high-quality opportunities.
  • Ability to track leads, responses, and sales activity in a structured manner.
