Key Responsibilities:
✦ Engage with existing clients to understand their needs and identify upselling opportunities.
✦ Present and pitch relevant web-related services (website upgrades, SEO, Integrations, hosting, etc.).
✦ Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
✦ Meet and exceed monthly sales and upsell targets.
Requirements:
➤ 1–2 years of experience in sales, upselling, or client servicing (preferably in IT/ Web industry).
➤ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
➤ Confidence in presenting digital products and services.
➤ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
