Description:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Expert with a strong background in user-centered design to evaluate and enhance an existing application. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, able to identify usability and design gaps, and capable of presenting structured, actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the application’s user interface, workflows, and overall usability.
  • Identify design gaps, usability issues, and improvement opportunities across the platform.
  • Develop clear, well-structured recommendations, including:
  • UI design improvements
  • User flow and interaction optimizations
  • Feature enhancement suggestions
  • Create wireframes, mockups, or visual prototypes to support proposed design changes, as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to clarify requirements and align recommendations with business goals.
  • Ensure all design proposals follow UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern design principles.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and professionally to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or UI/UX Consultant on complex digital applications.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability testing principles.
  • Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Ability to analyze existing systems and provide structured, actionable design feedback.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
