Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop landing pages and websites with a strong focus on converting users into clients.
• Apply CRO principles to optimize design elements for maximum user engagement and conversion.
• Select and integrate images that enhance the overall design and user experience.
• Create seamless visual user journeys through intuitive UI/UX design.
• Ensure all designs are mobile-optimized and easy to scan on small screens.
• Adhere to Google UI/UX laws and content readability guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to align design strategies with business goals.
• Conduct user research and testing to refine and improve design solutions.
• Take ownership of tasks and complete them independently without the need for micromanagement.
• Read and thoroughly understand provided content to inform design decisions.
• Conduct research on relevant graphics or SVGs needed for designs while maintaining brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly with a focus on CRO.
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages and websites designed for high conversion rates.
• Excellent design sense and the ability to choose images that complement and enhance design.
• Proficiency in creating mobile-optimized designs.
• Understanding of Google UI/UX laws and content readability guidelines.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and conduct research as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Knowledge of SEO or online marketing is a plus.
