🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly web and mobile application interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define design solutions.
- Develop responsive and accessible designs following industry best practices.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Transform business requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and product requirements.
- Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices.
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
- Proficiency in Figma (required).
- Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UI principles, UX methodologies, and design thinking.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts is a plus.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
