Are you a passionate UI/UX Designer ready to make an impact?

Duseca Software Pvt. Limited is looking for creative, user-focused designers to join our dynamic on-site team and help shape exceptional digital experiences.

What You’ll Do:
As a UI/UX Designer at Duseca, you will:
· Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand goals and user needs
· Transform project documentation into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions
· Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
· Build and refine information architecture for web and mobile applications
· Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights and feedback
· Ensure design consistency while driving innovation and creativity
· Document and communicate your design decisions clearly for smooth development hand-off
What We’re Looking For
You’re a great fit if you have:
· 1–3 years of UI/UX design experience
· Strong ability to interpret documentation and translate scope into design
· Knowledge of App Store & Google Play design guidelines
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving mindset
· High attention to detail and passion for design excellence
· Strong understanding of design principles and guidelines.
· Understanding of design project Process
· Strong understanding of Edge cases and design cases.
· Strong understanding of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
· Ability to handle short deadlines.
· Basic Knowledge of HTML & CSS
· Strong Understanding of Typo Graph and colour theory.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred):
· Computer Science
· Software Engineering(Or equivalent experience)
