Job Responsibilities
- Design user-centric UI/UX for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Design marketing creatives including social media posts, banners, presentations, and branding assets
- Maintain and follow brand guidelines across all design materials
- Improve existing designs based on usability feedback and business requirements
- Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and visual quality across platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and graphic design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Good command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
- Basic knowledge of responsive design and design systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
